Building a home had always been a dream—and in 2016, the opportunity finally arrived. After purchasing a property, the family subdivided a lot and made that dream a reality in 2020.

The timing couldn’t have been more special. That same year, the homeowner’s father, a lifelong electrician, was preparing to retire. This home became his final project—one he completed entirely on his own. A labor of love, and a legacy to be proud of.
